Forget the ditsy foil-wrapped hearts, this confection is molded into a more anatomically correct organ in bondage by a red satin cord. Flavors are Red Fire (Ancho and chipotle pepper), Amalfi (pink peppercorn, white chocolate, lemon zest) and Barcelona (hickory smoked almonds, grey sea salt).
